Quantum Physics applied to self healing

Finally, a simplified, streamlined, well organized application of Quantum Physics to self healing. Arranged alphabetically by ailment, a healing practice is listed for each of the seven primary chakras for each ailment. All the major, common ailments are listed. A brief introduction is given concerning each chakra and how it can be applied to healing. Appendixes are given concerning the specifics of power animals and flower essences. Any or all of the seven healing approaches can be applied, depending of what resonates with the individual. A format well suited to a person familiar with either Western or Eastern medical approaches to healing.
It only lacks a fifth star because it needs to be used in conjunction with a book on the significance of chakras, especially for Western-minded readers, and a book on determining which chakras an individual is strongest and weakest in, in order to have full understanding and healing impact. Out of the hundreds of books available, I strongly recommend Barbara Ann Brennon's "Hands of Light" and "Light Emerging" explaining the significance of chakras and Cyndi Dale's "Attracting Your Perfect Body through the Chakras" providing a simple 66 question test to determine your personally-specific strongest, supporting and weakest chakras.
There is no expensive or exotic equipment to buy or programs to pay for in order to get started. You can start self healing today. Enjoy.

An inspiring contribution, a 5 star book

"The Complete Handbook of Quantum Healing" is an inspiring resource for those who are interested in looking further than the usual remedies for those ailments that are common to many of us. This fascinating compendium is brilliantly presented with many different aspects of healing presented for each ailment: chakra connection, specific foods, emotions, affirmations and limiting beliefs, power animal, flower essence, visualization and meditation. What more is needed?
This quote about emotions from page 24 sparked an instant image for me that I will likely not forget: "stored, unfelt emotions are like unruly children that just want to be heard. If they aren't heard, they start creating noise and disruption in the form of physical and emotional symptoms." Can you ignore that visual!
Dr Minich's book is a must for your library. You will find yourself referring to this 5 star book time and again as issues come up and you are looking more deeply into healing.

Very easy to read!

Deanna Minich has a writing style that is easy to read. She explains each step in her "how to" approach to Quantum Healing with clarity. Some authors can either be too technical or two simplistic, but Deanna is not one of them. I recommend this book to anyone familiar at all with the theory of Quantum Healing.
